The Family Crew Southern Idaho Calls For Ground Work

All Weather Ground Solutions is family-owned and based in Burley, Idaho. When you call, you reach the people who own the equipment and run the job — not a dispatcher. We've built our reputation across southern Idaho one site at a time, and we still show up to every one ourselves.

Our Story

Built by people who show up

All Weather Ground Solutions started the way most good contractors do — with someone who was tired of watching other companies cut corners and disappear when something went wrong.

This is a family business, based right here in Burley. The people who own the equipment are the same people who show up on your site, run the machines, and answer the phone when you call. There's no call center, no rotating crew, no layer of management between you and the work.

That matters more than most homeowners realize until they've been burned by it. Ground work is unusual: almost everything that determines whether a project succeeds — compaction, drainage, depth, base prep — gets buried before you ever see it. You're trusting the crew to do it right when nobody's checking. We built this company on the idea that you shouldn't have to wonder.

Southern Idaho is a small enough place that reputation still means something. A job done wrong doesn't just cost a customer — it costs a name that gets said around town for years. That's the standard we hold every project to, whether it's a driveway for a homeowner or a subdivision for a developer.

We move dirt and install drainage and septic systems in the warm months. We plow snow all winter. Different seasons, same crew, same phone number, same commitment: quote it honestly, do it right the first time, and stand behind it after the trucks leave.

If you call us, you're not talking to a salesperson. You're talking to the people who are going to be standing on your property, deciding how deep to dig and where the water needs to go. That's who you're hiring.

What We Believe

The standards every job gets held to

Do It Right the First Time

Compaction, depth, and drainage don't show once the ground is backfilled — but they show up later, in a settled pad or a flooded crawl space. We get it right the first time, even on the parts no one will ever inspect.

Communication Matters

You should never have to wonder what's happening on your property. We tell you what we're doing, why, and what it costs before we start — and if something changes underground, you hear it from us first, with options.

Build for the Long Term

Cutting a corner might save a day. It costs years — a driveway that heaves, a line that freezes, a pad that settles. We build every site to hold up through freeze-thaw cycles and decades of use, not just the walkthrough.

Treat Every Property Like Our Own

Your yard isn't a job site to us — it's someone's home, farm, or business. We stage equipment carefully, protect what shouldn't be disturbed, and leave the property cleaner than a lot of crews would bother to.

The Customer Experience

What working with us actually looks like

Proper Groundwork Prevents Expensive Problems

Most of the excavation and drainage problems homeowners deal with later trace back to work that was rushed the first time. Getting it right up front costs less than fixing a flooded crawl space or a settled foundation two years in.

No Guesswork

You get a clear scope and an honest number before we touch your property — not a lowball estimate that grows once the trucks show up. What we quote is what you pay.

Respect for Your Property

We treat your land like it matters, because it does. Careful staging, clean edges, and a site that looks better when we leave than a lot of contractors leave it.

Year-Round Reliability

The same crew that grades your site in July plows your lot in January. One phone number, twelve months a year — so you're never starting over with someone new.

Who We Work With

Every kind of property, one accountable crew

We work on all kinds of properties across southern Idaho — from a single residential lot to a multi-phase commercial development. Here's how we typically fit into different kinds of projects.

Homeowners

A new driveway, a wet crawl space, a lot that needs clearing. We walk your property, explain what's going on, and quote it in plain language.

Builders

We work off your timeline, not the other way around. Pad prep, utility trenching, and site access handled so your crews start on schedule and stay on schedule.

Developers

Multi-lot subdivisions need grading, drainage, and utility work that holds up under inspection and under years of traffic. We scope the full project, not just one phase.

Commercial Property Owners

Parking lots, drainage, and site access that keep customers coming in and liability out. Plus snow removal so a storm never turns into a closed sign.

Agriculture

Drainage, access roads, and land clearing sized for acreage, not just a lot. We understand ag ground moves on the farm's schedule, not ours.

Municipal & City Projects

Utility trenching, site work, and year-round snow contracts done to code and on schedule — with the documentation and communication a public bid requires from RFP to final walkthrough.

The Difference

Why southern Idaho chooses All Weather Ground Solutions

Family-owned, not a franchise — you're hiring the people who do the work, not a corporate brand.
Owner-operated — the person who quotes the job is the person accountable for it.
Honest communication — straight scopes, straight timelines, straight prices, before and during the job.
Licensed Idaho ISDS installer — septic work done to code, inspected and correct.
Equipment sized and maintained for the job — not undersized machines pushed past what they should handle.
Workmanship built for the long term — compaction, drainage, and grading done to hold up for years, not just pass a walkthrough.

Let's talk about your property

You don't need to know the exact service, the technical terms, or a project timeline before you call. Tell us what you're dealing with — or what you're trying to build — and we'll walk you through it. No pressure, no sales pitch, just a straight answer from the people who'll actually do the work.
